Mark Werksman is a former Deputy District Attorney and former Assistant United States Attorney with 20 years of criminal trial experience who specializes in all areas of state and federal criminal defense including white collar crimes, financial and organized crimes, felony offenses such as murder, extortion, narcotics trafficking, fraud, bribery, gambling, counterfeit merchandise, and copyright infringement. Mr. Werksman is a graduate of Yale College and the University of Southern California Law Center. 

Mr. Werksman has successfully represented numerous high-profile individuals from the entertainment industry, as well as leaders in the Los Angeles business community and major Southern California corporations, in criminal cases, internal investigations, and white collar criminal litigation. Mark Werksman has also represented clients in serious state and federal felony cases throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Michigan and Florida.

In its February 2006 edition, Los Angeles Magazine named Mark Werksman a "SuperLawyer" in the field of criminal defense, and listed him as one of Los Angeles's top white collar criminal defense attorneys.
