Mark Werksman is a former Deputy District Attorney and former Assistant United States Attorney with 20 years of criminal trial experience who specializes in all areas of state and federal criminal defense including white collar crimes, financial and organized crimes, felony offenses such as murder, extortion, narcotics trafficking, fraud, bribery, gambling, counterfeit merchandise, and copyright infringement.
