Kelly Quinn is an experienced criminal lawyer with over ten years experience representing clients in all types of criminal cases. Formerly employed by outside counsel for the National Rifle Association "NRA", Ms. Quinn also has a special expertise in firearms law, and has successfully represented gun owners in federal and state cases involving allegations of illegal firearm possession, illegal firearm conversions, and related ATF and firearm litigation. Ms. Quinn has a special expertise in researching and drafting suppression motions, motions to dismiss criminal charges, writs, and appeals. Her motion practice has resulted in numerous serious felony cases being dismissed in courts throughout California.
